"About Cooking With Embers" Like all things in life having a healthy balance is important. While football has always been my number one priorty, when I am at home I love to cook for my family and friends.

Food has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my favourite memories are of my Grandmother cooking delicious Burmese banquets for our family gatherings. So when I think food I think family, comfort and happiness.

In recent times I have been fortunate to have been given the opportunity to undertake work experience in some of Perth's finest restaurants, enhancing my appreciation for quality food and for the process of cooking.

My thirst for knowledge and experience with food and cooking will continue as I believe my future in this industry is inevitable.
